The Tuchkov Buyan building is a historic warehouse dating back to the time of Peter the Great. Our team has endeavored to preserve the essence of this location and create a contemporary public space with a novel function in the heart of Saint Petersburg.
The warehouse will become a one-of-a-kind center that unites projects in the fields of science popularization, education, and the arts, as well as a leisure destination for residents.
Our approach to interior design is straightforward and concise. We are creating modern spaces within an architectural landmark, emphasizing the historical significance of the vaulted halls and clearing them of temporary structures and engineering systems.
Based on the original design by Antonio Rinaldi, we are restoring the two-story structure of the building and leveraging previous renovations.
