The sanatorium transforms the resort area into a unique space for work and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We have proposed a hybrid housing format that combines access to urban services, outdoor and public spaces, and the natural environment. In the project, we have carefully integrated a new function into the forested area. The height, density of buildings, materials, and colors are all dictated by the natural surroundings.
Buildings 'mimic' nature through a more organic arrangement and imitation of natural textures on their facades. Wooden, bark-like, stone, and clay textures have been transformed into a clear geometric layout.
