The street is a unique "network of public courtyards", forming the central axis of the urban space. Each courtyard has a different function and creates a distinct emotional atmosphere, suitable for various leisure activities.
A notable feature of the courtyards is their varying scale, created by different types of ceilings: the roof of a pavilion, a canopy of trees, or light strips of bulbs or colored panels.
Between the courtyards, there are spaces designed for recharging — meadow-like areas that provide quiet tranquility and rest. The landscape design connects the "Third Place" with the park and the courtyards through "green tongues", or pathways made of geo-plastic materials that extend onto the street. These pathways reflect the urban environment, with rocky hills on one side and green hills on the other.
