Interior design for the common areas of the historic Mytny Dvor building in Saint Petersburg, originally built in 1785 by decree of Catherine the Great. The concept combines preservation of the building’s historical structure with the creation of a contemporary residential environment.

Existing brick walls and historical structures are preserved as part of the spatial composition, while new elements create a subtle contrast with the historic fabric. Each section develops its own identity through a combination of materials, textures, and integrated artistic elements.
