The Olio family restaurant's concept is inspired by the ambiance of sunny Italy, creating a cozy and vibrant patio-like space for guests to unwind or spend time with loved ones without the distractions of city life.
The restaurant, located on the ground floor, was designed to "let in" natural light and air from the outside, where little light and fresh air are typically found. Design elements emphasize the natural and casual atmosphere, with olive trees chosen as a symbol of Italy and an element of the outdoor environment. Phyto-luminaires, built into special niches in the ceiling above each tree, imitate natural lighting.
The main dining area of the restaurant is divided into three distinct zones: a long bar with an open kitchen and wood-burning oven, a central seating area for guests, and a children's play area.We use simple, clean, soft, and rounded shapes in our interior design. All our designs move from the general to the specific: on a global scale, space is subordinate to architectural volumes, while details play a significant role in creating the atmosphere. Our "clean" forms focus on the materials used. The natural qualities of wood, stone, and brick give the space texture and warmth.
